  • Yes! Email us at allbodiesmovement@gmail.com with 3-5 times you are available over the next week and we will match schedules and get back to you shortly.

  • Go to our schedule page to find a class that works for your schedule. Click on ‘Book’ and voila!

  • Just email us at allbodiesmovement@gmail.com! We will reach back out within 48 hours to get you set-up.

  • Along with top-notch personal training, all weekly personal training clients receive an Open Gym membership and 50% off class packs.

  • An Unlimited Membership gives you unlimited access to classes and open gym.

  • Definitely! There are three ways to access open gym: become a personal training client, sign- up for an Open Gym Membership, sign-up for an Unlimited Membership.

  • The gym is open 8:30-12:30 and 4:30-6:30 for you to workout on your own. If there are other times you want to come in, we are often there and can accommodate you. Just text or email.

  • To cancel a class, login to your member account in GymDesk. Find your BOOKINGS. There is a little trashcan next to each booking. Click this for the class you want to cancel.

    If it is too close to the class time, please text the gym at 828-367-7048 to let us know you are not going to make it. A no-show will result in a $15 fee.

  • To cancel your membership, just send an email to allbodiesmovement@gmail.com.

  • Please do not come to classes, personal training sessions, or open gym if you have a contagious illness. You are welcome to come back when you have had no fever for 24 hours.

    If you have lingering symptoms but no fever, please wear a mask until symptoms have subsided. 

    We follow CDC guidelines for Covid 19 which currently includes isolating (& not coming to the gym) for at least 5 days after first testing positive or first experiencing symptoms and wearing a mask through day 10.

    Note: personal training sessions can be moved to virtual if desired! Contact your trainer directly for this option.

  • We will do our best to provide substitute coverage if one of our trainers is out with an illness, but sometimes these things are beyond our control!

    We will communicate any changes in schedule via email. Thanks in advance for your understanding!

  • We love kids! We don’t want the absence of childcare to be a barrier that prevents you from engaging in movement, but unfortunately we do not have a staffed childcare center.

    You are welcome to bring your kid(s) if needed while you participate in a class or personal training session, but due to safety and liability purposes, all children (or anyone else who is not a registered client or member) must stay in the front of the gym couch/carpet area and refrain from using any exercise equipment.

  • If we have inclement weather and our staff can’t make it into the gym, we will shift to virtual programming!

    We will facilitate group classes and personal training sessions via Zoom.

    The same booking and cancellation policies apply: you can register or cancel group classes up to 1 hour before the start of class.

    Personal training sessions have the same 24 hour cancellation policy unless it is an emergency. Zoom links will be sent to you via email.

  • 100% of the proceeds of our merchandise goes into the equity fund which is used to help make body-neutral, queer/fat/trans positive fitness more accessible.

    If you would like to join the gym, but the cost feels out of reach, just send an email to allbodiesmovement@gmail.com. Right now, we are able to offset the cost of open gym and classes. We hope to be able to offset the cost of personal training in the future as the fund builds.
